It’s safe to say in business today that one size doesn’t fit everyone.
Remember that you may not necessarily be the target audience for your content. Depending on your business goal you have the ability to target many audiences.
Creating a persona is a tool to understand who you are talking to (and so that everyone is on the same page).
It is always easiest to begin with creating one persona.
– Who is he or she? How is their day?
– What is their need, pain points and keeps them awake at night?
– Why should they care about you?
This is not about assumptions anymore and thinking you know what people want to consume and which channel they should prefer.
